Ezekiel 47:12
What is written? (ESV)
And on the banks, on both sides of the river, there will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither, nor their fruit fail, but they will bear fresh fruit every month, because the water for them flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing.
What does it say?
Both sides of the river were lined with lush trees of every kind, never dying and continually bearing fruit because of the water flowing from the temple. Their fruit provides food, and their leaves provide healing.
What is its immediate context?

Ezekiel, despite being in captivity, gets a tour of God’s temple structure. It concludes with this section (47:1-12) where water is filling it and flowing from it.
