2 Corinthians 3:3
What is written? (ESV)
And you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
What does it say?
You already demonstrate [to others] that you're a letter from Christ that we [apostles] delivered to you -- a letter that wasn't written with ink on tablets of stone, but with the Holy Spirit on tablets of human hearts.
What is its immediate context?
Paul is reminding the Christians in Corinth that they are not living by/under the Mosaic Law but they are “of the Spirit” (vs 6). He will continue to make distinctions between the Old Law – written on stone – with the New Law of the Spirit – written on hearts.
